Please read the following terms and conditions and agree to these in the form when you submit your wedding. This gives us permission to publish your wedding, should it be chosen.

I agree with My Wedding Magazine (the Magazine) that the Magazine may:

(a) utilise and publish all images, copy and other materials (together, the Materials) provided by me (including by my photographer) to the Magazine;

(b) adapt, resize and otherwise change or edit (Edit) the Materials in however manner it wishes in its absolute discretion,

(c) utilise and publish all images, copy and other materials (together, the Materials) provided by me, to the real weddings section on the website www.myweddingmag.com.au

in each case for the purposes of the Magazine.

I hereby:

(a) warrant to the Magazine that:

(i) I own, or am permitted to utilise, the Materials (including by making them available for publication in the Magazine) without restriction, editorial input, permission or cost; and

(ii) the owner of any copyright or moral right in all Materials is aware of, and has consented to, the Materials publication and Editing of the Materials in and by the Magazine;

(iii) the Magazine is entitled to use and Edit all Materials for the purposes of the Magazine and that such use and Editing does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights;

(b) indemnify the Magazine against all claims and all losses and damages incurred by the Magazine as a result of Materials breaching a third party’s intellectual property rights; and

(c) grant to the Magazine an unconditional and irrevocable authority and licence in all Materials (including any font, logo, trademark, photograph or symbol) provided to the Magazine for the purposes preparing and publishing the Magazine. I release and discharge the Magazine from all claims and liabilities in relation thereto.
